Trouble Viewing

Can I watch on multiple devices?

You can watch on multiple devices provided they are on the same IP address (same network). If you try to log in from a different location or network while you are already logged in your account will be locked out.

I am locked out. Why?

If you attempt to log on to the same account from a different location (IP Address) while you are already logged in, your account will be locked out.

An email will be sent to the email address you used to create the account. You must click the link in the email to re-activate your account.

I’m using an Android device and the player wont load

You need a Flash capable browser to watch live streams. You can download the Photon Flash player and browser here.
